Hi, so a couple of years ago my brother and I were sharing this account, and somewhere along the lines one of us got perma ban. We had hours of gameplay and skins on that account. My bros no longer around and I was looking into pc gaming and I wanted to know if there are any steps I would be able to get our account "bobzooka" unban? A response would be great. Thanks again and sorry to the community for getting banned. hope to play again soon, peace.

Sharing accounts is against TOS.

No, it's gone. You need to create a new account. Permanently banned accounts are never unbanned, unless it was a mistake (which in your case it wasn't), hence the name "permanent".

They don't unban unfortunately.

But in their infinite wisdom of stopping toxicity, you can make as many accounts for free as you want and with double boosts you can hit level 30 in a week.

Only way to get unbanned is to go through support chances are low, but if it is possible I mean really really low like 1 in a million again it isn't impossible

Unfortunately, if the account was banned for behavioral infractions, the chances of it being unbanned are extremely low. As one of the guys has suggested, you can try submitting a ticket to Player Support, but if you tell them that it was a shared account, even if they unban it for the toxicity, it will likely be banned again for account sharing.

You may simply be better off making a new account, and taking advantage of the changes to experience/leveling and the loot system to try and rebuild a collection of champions and skins.
