Blocked players & Trolls Making Money

First off regarding block players, we the players of League of legends block players for a reason, Why must we be forced to play with them in RANKED GAMES with or against them?Secondly regarding trolls with or against, they come in two different forms, First form is just league of legends matching us with players not on our lv or xp or block players "Or Secondly matching us with players trying to LV up another player for money either for short term goals which include leveling someone up in rank till they play with players there own LV recommended by the troll due to price packaging.Or worse which i have not experienced yet due to my match ups currently since season II, which others from other regions come to other regions to foul play another region so that no ranked team makes it to the play offs to win the lotto @ league of legends super bowl for the million dollar pay out.Either way in my opinion is unacceptable for ranked games in general team Que or solo Que at any rank to have to experience this fail unfair system that has still not been addressed.Players wanting to compete honorable deserve better match ups....AND THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN ADDRESS THAT ISSUE IS LEAGUE OF LEGENDS.

I've read this three times now... and it still doesn't make sense to me. My only take away was "I don't want to play with Blocked players" which would easily be abused as players could simple Block anyone that beat them in lane in a game, and never face them again - in high elo you could block anyone that beat you can climb more easily as it's not uncommon for high elo to see each other in multiple games.

The problem with not having blocked players in your games is mostly an issue for high ELO. Some people could just block the best players and not face them.
