You guys have 21.9 billion annual revenue last year and you can't even hire a small support staff to answer questions via the submit ticket system anymore? You literally probably in-house dev'd some basic java script to force users to post on the forums?

What a joke. I literally can't open a ticket I have to go to the forums which probably costs ~$1000/mo to host in NA.

Officially, and absolutely unsatisfied with the internal management of this company...

I'll never put another dollar into this game based on my experience today.

Riot does have humans on their support staff. However, can you imagine how many tickers they get every single day? They don't have enough time to personalize each response, so the first reply they send out will generally be a copy/paste response. This doesn't mean that it's a bot handling your ticket, they just don't have enough time to get through each ticket if they personally hand write each response.

Also, because you didn't black out the offending player's summoner name in your image, I'm afraid that I will have to remove the link to the image from your post, as it violates the "No Name and Shame" rule of the Universal Rules. If you want to report a player for post game behavior, you can use the in-game report system, making sure to specify in the comment section that it was for the post game lobby.

Are they going to ban a guy outright based on your picture? Probably not. That is why the report button exists. You can comment that what they said was post game when you submit a report.
