Random 14 Day Suspension?

So lets start this off by saying i logged off last night after a decent game and a win also i have never received a warning punishment chat restriction or suspension before, then today logging onto play i am greeted with this message out of the blue,

This account has been suspended until March 07, 2017. Please check the email address associated with your League of Legends account for additional details.

Naturally i open up the email associated with the account and the only email from riot games is the original verify email which grants a 4 win IP bonus after verifying, so i completed a support ticket and soon after received an automated response:

Looks like a response will take a little longer than normal due to a high volume of requests, sit tight and one of our specialists will answer you as soon as they can. Try not to bump your ticket unless you have additional information that we could use to help you since bumping your ticket repeatedly will increase your wait time.

So i guess this tells me that this infact is the email associated with the account, However i have received no email in regards to the 14 day suspension so im sitting here quite confused, any help is appreciated thanks.

It'll take a couple days max (average) to get back to you with an actual response. Just sit tight and wait. After that you can respond back and ask to be escalated to an accounts specialist where you can talk 1:1 if the first response isn't clear/precise enough for your tastes.

What does it say when you try to relog into the account. Post the copy of the reform card.

Don't worry, a lot of people seem to of randomly gotten the 14 day with an email that either provides basically no info, or very little info at all.

@XmortoxX i also heard people getting suspensions for alleged 3rd party software use or something ( that was caused by discord? or a common voice program) although i assume this was/is being addressed cleared up?

i have no information and also it doesnt suggest that this is the reason for the 14 day suspension, also i would suspect that they wouldnt just suspend actual hackers

@LostFr0st I am fairly sure no one changed the email on me and it is still the email associated with the account as i have received an automated response to my support ticket to that email however no response about the 14 day suspension so i may be wrong

Bro, I got the exact same 14 days ban today, everything is the same as yours. (That's how I found you)

I checked my Email, Riot didn't send me anything. I'm just a normal player, I play LOL after work. This Ban is driving me crazy.

It's riot player support.....they are not exactly speed demons. I've sent in tickets that were replied to 3 weeks after my suspension ended ><
