Just got permabanned?

So I was really confused why I was permabanned and I checked paypal and it says +5 from riot games today... The stores disabled and I 100% know I haven't made a charge back, what's going on? Checked: Due to the severity of this violation, your League of Legends account has been banned until Mon Feb 22 22:22:22 UTC 2100

Year 2100 is geberally code for a chargeback issue or something like that.

It is a soft ban until you contact support with a ticket to find out what is wrong.
