lol, i think they need to increase the LP loss for a dodge. It is to common of an occurrence because people get auto filled and cry.

Because otherwise, people would dodge for any reason that they think might affect their chance to win.

Teammate picked someone you think is UP? Time to dodge. Enemy picked someone you think is OP? Time to dodge. Teammate lower rank than you? Time to dodge. Enemy pick your counter? Time to dodge.

All it takes is 1/10 of the players dodging for the lobby to fail. Games would have a very hard time starting.

Agree. They should make vote kick so if you see a troll in your team at champion select you could just kick him and he should lose LP.

Yes i do actually, due to the dodges. its quite irritating.

To disincentivize dodging in the first place. 3 LP is negligible unless you start dodging every other game.
