Honor reset/locked

I recently got honor reset and locked after a duo fed in my game they both died 15 times. i didnt want to put up with it let alone support it when i would give them my lulu ult and they would suicide so yeah got pretty tilted. Who plays a duo kat top lee sin mid feeds and gets away with it. Only in league. Anyway tried to get a answer for my honor reset and lock and this was the response.

I’m sorry if you feel like quitting the game is your only option. Demanding gameplay and interactions with unfamiliar players can create an environment that can be tense and frustrating, even long after a game ends. Sometimes a break is for the best.

Riot is not going to punish players for not playing the way you think they should. Nor will they punish players for being bad. They also will not revert any punishment you got yourself due to your reaction to those players who were not violating the rules.
