Champion Select Reports

Riot,

Really need to do something about the champion select. Was on my last game of promos today.... I hit accept and first thing I see in chat is "I'm feeding". I just ignored it as people do like to troll at times but when it came to that persons time to pick (jungler mind you) they locked in Soraka with cleanse and barrier and continued spouting in chat about how they were gonna be an epic feeder. At this point I realized I am screwed either way..... Either play the game and lose thanks to a troll feeder or dodge the game and lose cause it is the last game for me to possible win my promos....

I do not feel that anyone should have to take the punishment (no matter how small it may be) because they had to dodge a troll in champ select. There needs to be a reporting system in champ select that also logs the chat. It is ridiculous how many times I have had to dodge due to things like this and it bothers me even more when I have to bite the bullet and take a promo loss because of it.
