My account just got permabanned because a 3 man in a normal blind decided to blame me unjustifiably,
This literally just happened, and I don't know how to respond to this. I'm not sure if I could potentially get my account unbanned, but this permaban was entirely unjustifiable. So here it goes.
As a side note, I have never really been a necessarily TOXIC player. I don't really flame hard or anything, the most I would do in a game is point out a bad play or question mark ping a bit, but never flamed fully in entirety.
With the extra preseason blue essence, I changed my summoner name to "ALL MUSCLE". I haven't gotten anything about behavior, and I felt like I was doing great in terms of behavior. It's preseason, so I decide to queue up for a normal blind game. I locked in rengar jungle, set up my runes, and I was ready to play.
BEWARE: The next section is my chat log with explanations behind every line of text that I said. I will paste my chat log without annotations at the bottom of all of this if you just want to read my chat log (the chat log itself holds up, the entire thing doesn't show anything toxic at all).

I notice an enemy rengar jungle and remark on it.
ALL MUSCLE: tyty
I say thank you for the ally illaoi leashing me.
ALL MUSCLE: reng f
I burn the rengar's flash at his blue buff during an invade.

I admit, I was a little bit toxic in this text, but again, its definitely not anything permaban worthy.

For this, I attempted to gank bot at 3 and i ended up messing up my combo, and I stood there and flashed my mastery, and ended up getting hooked, minion blocked and died.

Here, the zed was spam pinging me to help him mid. Not just normal spamming, like spamming to the limit 5 times type of spamming. As soon as I get there he kills annie. I wasn't upset at all, it was just a bit disappointing for me lol.
ALL MUSCLE: clearing red then going to kill kayn ALL MUSCLE: pushing out
I communicate to illaoi that I will take red and then go to gank top. She ends up dying IIRC and I end up getting a kill. I push the lane out and I believe I saw no immediate threat (annie was mid and enemy rengar was mia) but I felt like I could start taking top tower.

The illaoi tells me to "stop taxing" while she is dead, and I state that I'm pushing out the lane and doing damage to her tower. I end up taking first tower. The illaoi spam pinged me back, but I ignored it and just took first tower for myself. The tower was around 4/5 health, and she wasn't doing that great anyways, so I didn't steal tower gold from her or anything. I just tried to push my advantage. The xayah must have died bot, because I was being spam pinged with mias as I was taking top tower.

I address xayah's pings and "GG"s in all chat, wondering why I got flamed for no reason. It's whatever though, I've dealt with flame before though.

Here, the zed started spam pinging dragon, saying that rengar is there. Naturally, I ult and try to catch up to him. He isn't there. I check his bot side jungle for him, and zed goes in bot and dies. After I die, he starts flaming me and hitting chat with the "gg rengar". I ask why, and he says in chat "gg all report rengar" and "he fucked this entire game up" and I ask why, and he states that I went to go search in their jungle, (for the rengar he pinged would be there), and I stated what I was doing. Xayah just unanimously agrees with him the entire time.

Here, they complain about me staying top and taking first tower. They fed, that's not my problem. I got first tower before bot lost theirs, so I was helping out if anything. Just a reminder, I never had intention to throw this game. I just tried my hardest through the entire thing.

Here is where I start getting threats of reports by zed and xayah. They both start threatening me with reports in chat, etc. I say

Here the xayah and the zed both start assaulting me with GG's and saying that the game is my fault. I notice that zed is 2/5 and he seems to be feeding. That's cool and all, but I don't see how its my fault at all. He just seems to run down mid and dies to 2v1's or whatever is happening mid lane.

Here, zed dies 2v1 and blames me again. All I did was clean up a kill for a 1 for 1. He blames me for his death saying that I "should've been there" even though it was legitimately impossible for me to be there lol.

Xayah and Zed both state how this game is my fault because i "Tilted them" when I did nothing but play the game trying to gank, help, hold lanes, push lanes, etc. I still have done nothing wrong.

Here, the zed says "gg all report rengar". The enemy team immediately asks "for what lmao", because I clearly haven't done anything wrong all game. The zed starts blaming me for "KS'ing" and "KD Boosting", whatever KD Boosting is. I state that the game isn't my fault at all, and that I haven't done everything wrong, etc, etc. ALL MUSCLE: lol check the recap

The zed starts stating how he has screenshots of me "not helping" and going in opposite directions of him during the game when he was pinging going in (referring to the one time i went to search for his false ping on enemy rengar) and i said that I don't mind because I confidently believed that there was NO POSSIBLE WAY that I was going to get banned off of this.

I had no problem with this, it was just a bad game where I got harassed by a 4 man. They were all stating how they were gonna report me and stuff, I didn't really mind that much. but behold, my unjustified permaban. It turns out that my assumptions on them being a premade were correct, these three summoners were queued together in my game.

TL;DR: I got permabanned because I was lowkey being abused by a 3 man that just hated me or whatever.
