I think there should be an auto muter

I Think if someone is calling another person such as gay or different colored or even like you are so stupid I hate you and you should go burn something negative should send to a riot admin and tell them you know hey there is a person speaking such and such this happened to me they were calling me gay saying that another summoner was my boyfriend, but that isn't true and I was looking on this site for a "Report A Player" button but I couldn't find one but usually when I go to report someone they are like haha nothing is going to happen, I'm not going to get banned riot does nothing so I thought if I went to your website I could possibly get someone banned for 1. harassment 2. no one called jungle so he fed 3. hate speech 4. calling gay his name was T3rra and I thought what if there was an active anti like "bully" system that could prevent people from being bullied and/or bursting in to outrage and never playing again but if you would add this and there was a person lets say, bullying you in game what does the system do it picks up these words like gay, or different colored or stuff that is harassment that it would sent a message to an ACTIVE admin to check it out see what is going on and possibly temp ban or perm ban this person lets say Jhonny for instance (not calling anyone out) , he is bullying you and he's calling you gay and different colored and harassing you calling you a b word and you get mad frustrated then this is when the system comes into play it contacts and active admin or moderator saying this person is saying such and such check out A.S.A.P so then after the game or in game they mute them for 3-5 games if they keep doing this the system will pick up #2 time or #3 time doing/saying such and such and then the moderator can A. Perm ban or B Temp Ban or C. Message them saying if you do this so many times than this is what is going to happen. If you use this the language will probably be way better teams will be more aggressive because they are focused from people spamming saying you're gay or wont become anything in life or go burn and such and such so please please PLEASE use this I think it will clean up the servers a lot. (BTW my name means nuclear weapons not that I'm Toxic)
