In-Game Idea...

I thought that this would fix the issue with players who sometimes have those days where their internet, so.. if a player lags out.. Instead of the game saying. "(Summoner Name) has left the game.)" It should say "(Summoner name has timed out)" The announcer should just stay saying "A summoner has disconnected."

Just thought it would be a nice idea so teammates don't report people for "rage quitting," even though their connection pooped.

On side note: Perhaps, showing other players pings on the scoreboard?
