Kindergarten game?!

So, apparently Riot wants to make LoL a kindergarten where if you say anything but ANYTHING slightly not kind and nice to someone else, you get reported, you get banned. I've been playing since last month of Season 3 and I am highly disappointed of how Riot has decided to punish anyone that isn't a brainwashed sheep of "let's take all crap from all bad players that should stick to normals and trolls and just be nice to everyone" utopia.

If you play bad, you deserve someone to tell you that you do play bad. I am not talking about wishing cancer and atrocious stuff, but pointing out your mistake so you won't do it again shouldn't result into a report for apparently "toxicity". League of Legends in 2015 is kindergarten. You can't say one single thing that isn't extremly positive or nice and you get reported for it. If you're not a sheep that talks nice to everybody, you'll eventually get chat restricted or suspended for saying "gg easy" or "gank bot, stop farming jungle" or anything that is not "you're playing so well, good job, you're amazing".

TLDR: "Get cancer" = toxic = should get punished; "You play bad" = not toxic = should not get punished

For anyone wondering, my account got permanently banned for 3 chatlogs such as this one I've been given as a reason of a PERMA ban. I can give all of three if needed, but they are extremly long as I didn't type sentences and just typed one word per line and makes it difficult to read. The other 2 are alike the 3rd which I'm willing to show you:

If you consider this chatlog and the other 2 that are basically the same type of words and behavior as worth of permanently being banned from a game, you're either a very sensitive type of child or never left your home which is extremly sad. I couldn't even image I was going to get reported in those games, let alone being permanently banned for such silly thing.

I like how you left out Game 1 and 2, and didn't mention your previous punishments.

If you don't want to follow the "kindergarten" rules, you don't have to play.

OP clicks 'I agree' when prompted to accept Riot's Terms of Service, then throws a tantrum when his account gets banned for repeatedly breaching the Terms of Service he agreed to.

No. You didnt get permanent ban because of those chatlogs. You got permanent banned for all previous punishments combined. Usually it would be chat restriction if u didnt have previous punishments. But since u probably had 14 days ban, next thing was perma ban. Once you get 14 days ban, Riot is basically telling you "This is your last warning, we should perma ban you now, but we are willing to give u one last chance, if you cross line even a bit, any negative attitude, you are out".

Judging by how you've been responding to people in this thread, I can pretty safely say this punishment was 100% deserved. Let's take a look at some of the things you've said, shall we?

  • Yeah!!! Silver +1'd it, more deluded low elo kids being happy!
  • At least try to use your brain for once
  • You hardly understand your own mistakes, let alone how to win a game.
  • one banned account is meaningless to me as I can get as many as I want.
  • crybaby like you kissing asses as if what you say matters to Riot in the first place.
  • How would you understand not being a sheep while you are one, in the first place?
  • Don't worry, child, you'll stay low elo forever with that crybaby attitude.
  • Silver forever with a trash mentality and bad understanding of ToS and pretty much common sense.
  • Not that you'd understand, but tell your parents to teach you better common sense as you lack it.

A common theme I'm seeing in your posts:

Give me a break. This is an online video game. I pity whoever had to make up all that stuff of "summoner code" and other useless bs. Talking in a game chat shouldn't even be punished, there's a mute button if you don't like to read what it's being typed.

Literally, what you're saying here, is that you don't agree with the rules so you refuse to follow them. You've also mentioned that you are getting constantly warned and punished, which means that the vast majority of the playerbase doesn't appreciate your behavior.

You are welcome to disagree with the rules, and that's your prerogative, but the rules exist for a reason. If you can't follow the rules such that you get permanently suspended, Riot (and by extension the community) would rather you move to a different game.

If you feel you can reform, by all means create a new account and give it a try, but if you want to act the same way you'll be punished the same way.

I'd like a red rioter or wahtever you call it here to tell me that those chatlogs they can check they are real, including game 3 chatlog is extremly toxic and against 'summoenrs code' and I deserve being permanently banned and prolly shoulda go to jail!!! What a 12 years old kids game this has became. What a shame.
