Recently, i agree i got dc'ed a few games but i still reconnected so i don't know why I am facing such bans. It would be nice if Riot can give me some explanation or else i have to clear those bans anyways.

No, only custom or training mode should be used.

Your teammates might be able to compensate in a bot game, but it's still considered matchmade and therefore monitored by LeaverBuster.

because literally everyone who afks often does.

DC'ing in the middle of the game gives your team a huge disadvantage even if it is only for a few minutes. That's why you get punished for it.

because being gone just for a few minutes can have an insanely large impact on the game no matter what role you're playing.

I'd suggest digging into why you're experiencing frequent connection issues before trying to queue again. Intentional or not, your disconnects are negatively affecting your teammates, and the burden falls on you to try to resolve the problem.

If you need to connect to League servers for diagnostic reasons, queue for bots or custom games. Beginner bots, your team can easily cope without you should you DC; custom, there's literally no other human players to worry about, and Riot SHOULD (operative word) be more forgiving about DCing from either frequently.

You left the game for periods of time. This greatly decreases the odds of winning and Riot has to have some kind of deterrent, or else people would just purposely disconnect when they feel there's no chance of winning. Or just out of spite if they got flamed. Really there's so many petty reasons that people would just leave games if there was no punishment for it.
