Is there a way to talk to a Riot Employee about renewing my promos?

A Troll player lost us the game unprovoked and I want to be able to get into my promos again without having to play it. Is there a way to have an Employee help me out.

No Rioter can adjust the rankings of players.

I don’t think so. I think they want us to work towards that rank, with all of the hurdles like trolls to test us. YOU GOT THIS BRO!! YOU GO GET THAT PROMOS!! I will be cheering you on from silver 3!!

Thanks, It just seems unfair that you lose a game when it's not because of lack of skill but someone going out of their way to lose it for you. It's happened so much in promos that I think they should make it fair.

It happens to everyone, I had it happen twice this season to get into plat and it took me three tries to finally get P5.
