I have been banned without reason.

I was harassed very hard in a game a few moments ago. People insulted me said that i was "trash" and "garbage" and needed to "shut up cause asking for ganks is qqing" After this game the after game chat they still insulted me and said "report this player" to the enemy team, I don't think they did but shortly after it said i was perm banned. Again i have no email or anything showing what i did wrong. I would love to get some help to get the in game chat cause this is strange to be banned for being harassed and insulted for 35 minutes wouldn't you agree?

If you were punished by the Instant Feedback System for chat offenses you will be given 1-3 games of your chat logs in a reform card in the client, and sent to your email. If you did not get this then that isn't what happened, and I recommend submitting a Support Ticket to get more information.

i did have a 14 day and i quit for awhile this was the only game in question for punishment and it was like 50 insults on me just strange that people get banned for being harassed in league

You will never be punished for the actions of others. They will be held responsible for their actions, and you for yours. If you retaliated against them with negative behavior, which tends to only escalate the situation, then you would've been responsible for that.

i was punished for saying "i need ganks or i can't top" and calling people "hypocrits" To riot that is perm ban worthy

I'm skeptical that is what you were punished for, but if the punishment was unfair you can submit a Support Ticket and request they manually review your case.

i could show you the chat log thing but again its the most ridiculas system to only see one persons chat. You won't see the comments that inflamed the situation such as "your garbage" "trash shut up" "report this annoying kid" and so on

When other players are being a nuisance in chat, you should definitely mute them instead of responding. They want to know their words affected you, and oftentimes the only way to deescalate the situation is to not give them the satisfaction of that; it benefits you and your team by not responding. If you decide to respond in a toxic matter you become no different than them.

The only thing that matters when it comes to chat-related offenses is what you said. What other people said does not matter at all. If you are being toxic in game, that is completely on you and nobody else.

You want to submit a support ticket to get the email. If you log back in and don't have logs on your client, there might be some other error.

Though if you have recently had your 14 day ban, you may not be surprised by the answer.

Yes there is a reason you got banned, if you didn't get email send a support ticket.

fact that they let a auto-ban system perm ban people without human eyes atleast glancing on it is insane if you ask me and no i would think sometimes bots get it wrong and ban the wrong people if you ask me

If you didn't receive an email with chat logs, you were likely banned by a Riot employee after manual review.

You were banned because human eyes glanced over it.

no i have the ingame chat thing but usually it comes with an email i had to log in to actually see the 1 sided chat log that only makes you look bad and doesn't show the true crimes
