Hey

I finished right now a game with a very toxic rammus. I not mean that he call someone noob or something like that, he actually wrote about 50 toxic messages in the first 10min + champselect and it didnT' stop during the game. just a few example of words he used in this 10min : "bastard","retard", "p ussy" , "fa ggit" , " idi ot" , " no ob" , "nig ga" and actually much more of these. My question is now if we would get a tool that alows to go through the last 5 games and check for toxic and verbal abuse. My idea is that if a account looks very toxic it gets in the normal system that is doing the punishments and if the account is very toxic that it will lead on to a rioter/mod/playersupport/... to give much bigger punishment. What do you think about this idea?

The system already works (nearly) exactly like this.

It's a bot that analyzes the chatlogs and checks for toxicity. It does this whenever someone is reported.

If the bot decides that a person was toxic, but not enough to get punished it will keep the report for later use. Then in the future when someone reports that same person it will factor in both of those games in it's decision.

(Note: After a while the system will throw away saved reports).

On another note, people who are really toxic already get punished harsher than people who are just mildly toxic.

Hatespeech (racism, sexism, homophic slurs, etc.) and telling others to kill themselves all get you 14-day bans (Unless you've been previously punished, then it might get you a permaban).

just out of curiosity, why did you not mute him instantly the moment the game started. it obviously bothered you, but not enough to mute immediately after champ select?
