the reason why league of legends is regarded one of the most played games in the world is because it is one of the most botted games of all time. There are definitely a lot of legit players and has a strong player base but there are probably over a million active bots. This is estimate based on how much feedback sellers receive on these auction sites to sell league of legend accounts. point is, other games would top the most played charts if it weren't for all the bots in league. you can do what you want with this information before this post is deleted.

I don't think it has the most bots, I think MMO's keep that title with the credit farming bots/site spammers. On one of the starting planets, I know where to go to just sit and watch the bots farming xp. How do I know it is a bot? They do everything in sync, charge attacks and the rest/recharge ability after everything is dead.
