I don't feel like reports are taken seriously

There are people who use harassment and rude comments about players or to player and reporting them seems to do nothing. I'm just curious as to what Riot looks at? Do they see chat from both teams if they watch it? I feel as though even though you report people for consistently harassing people or being rude to them they just get a mark in their account and nothing is really done about it. Leaving game or afk is also another thing I don't think is cared about. I understand people can have issues and may not connect, but is the report comment even read? What about after game chat? It just seems like there really isn't any report section that seems to be important. There are lots of reports everyday, I understand, but arrogance shouldn't Be taken Lightly, especially if it turns into harassment. Just curious. I feel like reporting people for verbal abuse or really anything doesn't even do anything

It's mostly an automated system. Every report has an impact, it may just not be the one that results in a punishment. If they continue acting how they were, they WILL get punished for it. All you can do is be happy knowing you did what you could to make the community better

They could hire me to check reports all day ;)
