Trolls and inters can continue to ruin games for people and for eternity go unpunished, But as soon as 1 player abuses the troll/inter because they know riot wont and refuse to do anything the they get insta banned instead. Why is riot like this Why do I have to be a streamer just to get a troll/Inter banned

When you 'abuse' a troll, you're not hurting them in the least. You're encouraging them.
They want a reaction.
Don't feed the trolls.
A recent case of someone inting being banned. There are other cases too. Inters/trolls are less likely to post on the boards since they usually know what they did wrong.
