yup sounds legit. you buy a skin, you get a chat restrict. makes sense.
Maybe it's the other way around? Every time you start being toxic you buy a skin. You get chat logs in your reform card, so if you want to show us your restriction was because you bought skins (lol?) and not because you were toxic, post it.
Dang... What am I doing wrong?? I have bought skins many times and never gotten a chat restriction... HELP!!!!???!!
Seeing as you can only get two chat restrictions in a row, I find that highly doubtful.
