I need to contact a mod ASAP

I finally got in gold promos, I was granted 2 free wins and this was supposed to be it. So I get into the team builder and I see a guy whose role says "mid", takes my jungle, insta locks lee, without asking me a thing. I get a bit pissed and I make sure he understands that. Then he trades with Blitz sup, so in the game, we had a blitz mid and a lee sup. And I could live with that. Blitz mid works. I go to the jungle and mind my own business. Then he dies. I don't say a thing, but I check his build. He started building AD. I get pissed once again and tell him not to build AD, because it doesn't work. I explain to him that his skills scale with AP, not AD, but he claims that his E can win the game, even tho I told him to build Lich. Fast forward few minutes, and he's 2-8. I get super, super pissed because this has to be a 100th time I fail in my promos because of people like him. Thats when I promise him that I will do everything in my power to get him banned. Now comes the good part. Yes, I'm guilty of going AFK, but I got punished for that, 5 games in low priority queue. He laughs and says: "Good job with that, I already got banned on 15 accounts, and there's already a thread about me on pvp.net, I just buy an account with 10 euros bro." I thanked him for that. Thats the reason I made this thread. The reason I want to contact a mod is to get him to read the logs of the game and see if he's telling the truth or not, and to properly punish him. I had enough of underage fucking scum in this game. I will not name him until a mod asks me in the PM. I should note that I didn't get pissed because of his 2-8 score, I got pissed because it was obvious he was feeding, he'd die to easily avoidable situations, and say stuff like "oops" "scary" etc.
