Is there a way to redeem oneself back from a permanent ban?

Hello Hello i'm curious to know if there's a way i can once play my good old account once more, please hear me out.I mean whilst i don't condone my behavior i was definitely in the wrong and have paid the consequences. My account has been permanently banned, i had a really rough day and that's that. But it's been about 4 - 5 months now and i have another account i can play ranked on... but it's just not the same, i had every single champion the game has to offer purchased along with a minimum of 1 skin per champion. Some skins unique like the gemstone Vayne skin or the season 2 championship riven for example, i know my belongings on my account shouldn't make it immune to bans or punishment though i do feel maybe one more chance after a big punishment such as a few months banned or maybe a permanent mute but allow a few messages a game would make players reform. it would settle as a huge scare and put them in their place. It would certainly work on me.. i wish i had my account back or even had the chance to appeal it but i can't seem to find a way to appeal it just answers to as why i got banned, i'm begging on my knees here please give me a chance to have my old account back i promise on my own grave that i would not harass others as i know it's not right and i now know riot games does not mess around with unacceptable behavior. Please give me another chance i just want my account back even if it's permanently muted i can't find another game i would rather play.

Please review my ban once more the second i slip up you can immediately ban me, because i'm not going to slip up again.
