Why did my account go from chat ban to permaban with no suspension?

My account received a 10 game chat ban then a 25 chat ban some time after. I understand I was toxic in a game but it's not like I was using hate speech or purposely throwing the game. In my one game of evidence I said "f*** you", "such a douche bag", and "ur a d*ck". I think I was banned for saying "varus is r*****ed fed rn". So I used a bad word to describe someone having a good kda. I shouldn't have used it at all and there are obviously better words I could of used. I apologize to anyone offended. I just want my account back and I will display flawless behavior. Is there anything that can be done? Please don't give me rude comments. I know I was being toxic but I will be flawless after this point. If my account gets banned afterwards then I can't complain and I'll stay off the game.

Actually you are right. I'll post the logs. I did threaten to afk/int but I never did. It was just a dumb idea to make my teammates stop flaming me and I know I'm not the only one who thought that way. I'm here to be productive so please leave negative comments out.

BTW turns out that 2560x1080 monitor makes look league funky. It looks like I'm sprinting if I move left or right but it looks like I move slow going up and down. I have the resolution set to 2560x1080 so idk the problem. I need a new monitor before I start complaining about the game's hitboxes.

What did Riot support say when you submitted a ticket toast time?

With opgg, we cant see a pause in the match history like we usually do. Let's assume you never got the 14d ban, it could mean you were super hardcore.

I suggest you create another Player Support ticket because its impossible you dont get a human answer for a month, something went wrong when you wrote immediately after your permaban. Be ultra precise and polite, make sure you go beyond the automated answer, dont talk about the logs and what happened during the game, you just need to know the whole context of "why didnt I get a 14d ban", and then share the answer with us (before end of Boards haha).

You were given multiple chances to reform (10 and 25 game chat ban) and you chose not to. Now that you're perma'd you suddenly realize the error of your ways? Get rekt. You deserve the ban and I hope they don't reverse it.

My question, honestly, is how come you're so serious about the game. You're in Gold.. which is average I suppose. You're not some prodigy that's being held back from achieving something by not winning this match (or any future match for that matter) because that's just not realistic. So what's the issue here? Why are you so emotionally invested in the game?

I'm also in Gold and currently banned (14 Day) , the difference being I think my idea of banter towards people giving me attitude is only suitable for the real world and in here it's counter productive. I'm essentially banned for confronting people like you in a harsh manor.. even with no remorse at times.

Just play the game, if you can't enjoy yourself then why play? Trust me when I say hitting platinum.. or even diamond will not bring you any sense of fulfillment in your life.
