Past few months of higher than normal toxicity?

Mk so. Iv been playing since around S1-2ish its been so long I cant remember.

I openly admit that iv had 2 chat restrictions in the past month. Did i deserve it? Yes. Have i reformed? Trying my hardest.

But in the years iv been playing, the past 3 months iv found it rather hard to play league and not have a comment blurt out after 20-30mins of being treated like utter crap. Mute function yes is a thing, but i do my BEST to keep all lines open especially depending on a roll i play so i can communicate with said toxic players. I have found in the past 2-3 months of my restrictions being built up too, that it seems like players who treated me like utter trash were not punished (which im sure with the way they act in 1 game where it was unprovoked, they have done it in other games) and im the one taking full blame/fault. Mind you I only report players who show an abnormally large amount of toxic-ness in a game, so NORMALLY you would get a pop up stating "a player has been punished due to blah blah blah via you and other players who had the miss fortune of playing with said player" but i have not seen this. Im talking about players who sit there and talk about doing inappropriate things to say my mother or a sibling, or continuing a convo that has to do with me or a family member dying in some horrific way. Or just down to game play cause i get the miss fortune of a higher elo player being in a game with me who is utter garbage and thinks they are the best thing since bread and feel the need to throw it in your face.

I say this mainly because im getting people that iv had games prior to in the past few days or maybe weeks that pop up randomly in my games. Maybe its just my luck? (and yes photographic memory haunts me i remember 90% of the people i play with if they left a good or bad impression)

Has ANYONE else had this issue or felt that way at all lately? Cause im honestly not a toxic person but apparently these people are bringing out a nasty side of me in a game im trying to simply enjoy. Maybe its just cause schools out and its a bunch of younger aged players (not saying everyone just some) who feel the need to lash out cause of abuse at home or something and they need to take it out on ppl on a screen that cant do anything to them face to face?

Its just tiring to see a Tribunal punish one person but not another especially when the player instigated the fight.

What are other peoples thoughts?
