This is my story. Three days ago, I opened a link that I did not need. After that my client was closed after each game. I also noticed that the client sends me a message from my friends in chat, which I do not know about. and now I got a perma ban I did not deserve. if you can help and unban for my acount. PLS unban me i didnt deserve this!!
Sorry, but you're responsible for all actions done on your account, as well as your accounts security. You should have done this as soon as you noticed something fishy with your account, but you can still try sending a ticket to the Riot Support. They're the only people who can help you right now.
That's why you have anti malware protection. Buy one.
Why did you open the link in the first place?
The only thing you can do is submit a support ticket about it.

guys im 25 years old and Diamond im playing LOl like 6 years. i play only aaram mode or ranked if they starting sending me inactivity placement. but i didnt saw that virus the chat wasnt ON.

Riot can help you if submit a proper support ticket. Or at the very least, it should help you figure out the reason you've been turbo'd.
