Normals overrun with bots?

Is it just me or are normals and bot games completely overrun with 3rd party farm bots? I've run into at least 5 in the past two days, its absurd and basically amounts to a free win for the other team if it's normals. I mean yea, its normals ok, but I'd still like to have a fun game without having to play a full group. Also lots of trolls (I don't mean people just trying off-meta match ups but legit trolls). Had a Draven last game bottom lane with me in a blind pick, didn't call a role (I know it's not REQUIRED but still common courtesy), was silent for 10 minutes after just face diving their jinx feeding her 11 kills. I thought he was just a bot until he just said "you're all trash" before going afk. Seriously considering moving on until preseason is over.
