Is this valid "abuse" for a 14 day suspension?

These are the messages from my side as I sought to understand why my top laner refused to group and called everyone on our team toxic. It was my promo game hence I typed so much, otherwise I wouldn't have said anything. The game was easily winnable and our pantheon kept going to a lane to freeze while we 4 v 5'd resulting in a loss.

I’m willing to bet 975 RP that you have previous chat bans and very recent.

It happened to me (not a ban).

I came off a 10 chat suspension and said “you’re an idiot” and got slapped with a 25 game chat suspension. You’re basically walking on thin ice at this point. Do it again and you’ll be perma banned.

Accept the punishment and reform or leave league. That’s my best advice to you.

Did you recently come off of a 25 game chat restriction?

Was this the only game given to you in the report card? Because the chat logs doesn't match up with any of your recent games. The closest one I could spot was 18 games ago (using op.gg).

The system is typically quick to assign a punishment once you reach a certain threshold or you break some sort of zero-tolerance rule, so you will normally have at least 1 game in the card that was extremely recent. It's strange that it would only give you one game that happened many games ago.

If this was your only log, contact support and see if they can look into it.

The logs you receive are the ones that triggered the suspension, not necessarily the ones that caused it. You only get punished if you're a jerk consistently, one or even a few times don't do anything as long as it doesn't repeat itself all the time.
