Hello everyone,
I really need help with quitting this game, it causes me too much stress yet I feel like if I uninstall then all the money I've spent would have gone to waste. I really need some advice, I was considering selling my account but I've never gone through that process before.
Any advice?

It's harder than you think. League has become a part of my routine since 3 years, and it's pretty hard to get rid off especially when it's one of your only hobbies.

Then don't stop playing and find a group of friends who are excited to play as you are sometimes. League never stops improving and I think that you should clear the idea or you might regret it. Take a break and don't play if necessary.

zPOOPz1 votesIt may not prove anything, but it will likely trigger a shield ban, in which case the buyer will have to go back to the seller to get the acct unbanned (good scenario) or the buyer get pissed and do a charge back against the seller (bad scenario).

They track stuff like this.
They track cs/min, summoner usages, keybinding, up, lanes played and many others.
DrCyanide1 votesYeah, that guy was trying to claim they knew it was him because he was playing the same champions he played two months ago with flash on the same key. Someone who's been playing since Season 1 not knowing you could look people up on sites to see that info? Literally nothing he remembered was useful for knowing if he was the actual owner. I'm pretty certain the guy wasn't the actual owner, but was trying to steal the account and get attention on the boards.

1k spent doesn't necessarily mean 1k in value, especially secondhand. It also depends on what skins and other special items are on that account. Are they just a bunch of random skins, or are they legacy skins, good legendaries and other good stuff? For an account like this I'd start an offer of just 200 to 300 and go from there.
Not that I regularly dabble in the account black market.(I really don't this is just basic business in pretty much ANY field)

i never said not have a job, he asked how he could quit league, and he never set any rules around anything else :D
Davaken1 votesYou might feel like you've "wasted" all your time and money on league if you quit now. This, however, isn't the case at all. Did you enjoy your time in the probaly countless hours you have spent on the game? Did you get excited every time you made a purchase, and enjoyed playing with your new skins/champions.
Money/time enjoyed wasted, is never wasted!
I suggest that you try and accept that you had your fun in the game, and that all the time and money that you spent was worth it, because you had fun. Then uninstall the game, and play/do something else.
Who knows? Maybe in few years you will come back to an account full of skins and champions, and you will stop feeling stressed about the game, and start playing it casually.
