I feel like im in a hole

So recently i have been getting some really toxic players and i found this weird. Normally i get placed with a decent team that doesn't really care. But then i dodged one ranked game due to the fact that kayn just was released and some people decide to take him for no reason and lose the game. Now i feel like im stuck in a hole with toxic players and theres no escaping. Everyone is toxic flaming me or someone else and im probably getting reported for no reason keeping in this hole. not actually sure how it works. But i'm tired of it. I go into a norms -A NORMS GAME NOT A RANKED. HAS NO EFFECT ON US IN ANY WAY- to mess around with my kata build. I lose lane leading to the rammus flaming me saying never play kata again. I chat with the enemy team cause they seem chill. Then the rammus lies to them that no one is flaming anyone. sorry just had to get that off my chest. In the end i guess i gotta live with the extra toxic players.
