Chat restrictions & 14 days suspension were considered your "2nd chances".
If you were permabanned, then no, you will not be unbanned.
If it's permanent and it was not due to a mistake then I doubt that'll happen.
If you came in here prepared to treat your fellows well but lost your cool, then perhaps this game or its community isn't going to please you.
