If you don't know how to reform when you received your chat restrictions & 14 days suspension, then you deserved the ban. Simple as that.

I never was banned for 14 days I dont remember ever getting chat restricted

then either you were super duper toxic that got you permmaed in 1 go, or you got banned for non-chat reasons such as 3rd party programs / account sharing.

Your new 2nd chance is starting a new account. I also encourage you to buy IP boosts and a bunch of champs / skins so you can get rolling faster. Someone's gotta keep rito afloat.

If it's permanent and it was not due to a mistake then I doubt that'll happen.

If you came in here prepared to treat your fellows well but lost your cool, then perhaps this game or its community isn't going to please you.
