How does Riot want us to handle champ select feels?

So my friend, whose account will not be linked, was recently leaverbustered for 20mins for a few games after leaving a game because one of the teammates didnt get sup before her (in blind pick) and called her a %%%got, and she (I as well) just HATE playing with people like that. I don't know what her match history is, to my knowledge she doesnt have a history of leaving starting games and ive NEVER seen her afk. Sooo, question isnt ermagerdidontdeservethis, question is,

Riot, how do you want us to handle people like this? I hate playing with people like this. Because honestly, reporting anyone and hoping they get any form of punishment...doesn't help me enjoy the game with him or her. If you want me to stick out the game (I will NOT leave midgame or feed, but honestly dont mind going back into a SHORT que to dodge the toxicity) what's in it for me, besides not getting whammed by a buster? Why should I suffer, for up to an hour, cringing and getting hatred built towards this guy, over leaving select and getting into a game with other people? The game I play with someone toxic is the LAST game I play that day.

Rito definitely needs to implement a way to "safely" leave a game. Feels terrible to be stuck with an incredibly toxic player, or intentional feeder, and having to spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the game before even being able to ask for a surrender. And most of the time someone will vote no just for the sake of it "becasue it's ranked" or some bs like that when youre already losing 0/25 with 2 inhibs down. That is the most frustrating feeling. Being forced to play a game.

Blind Pick means you can play whatever you want and wherever you want

In Blind Pick there is no such thing as "i called first", cause without any particular Lane that has to be played as in Draft Pick there is no reason to get offended.
