People are running bots in CO-OP vs AI

Hey guys, the story goes like this: Starting like 2 months ago, I started to work 7 days a week so I've had a lot less time to play games. So I started to play intermediate bots every day to get my "First Win of The Day" bonus. However, I noticed two things were off during my experience playing CO-OP vs AI.

There are 2 kinds of bots I've seen.

  1. The first of the 2 is Rammus Jungle. What would happen is the Rammus bot would clear the first Buff after a leash then just AA and Kill the Gromp. After that, the bot will just stand in the jungle AFK for a couple of minutes and as the game goes on, by the time everyone is high level around 12 mins, the Rammus will still be level 3 or 4.

  2. The second of the 2 is Trundle mid with Grasp of the Undying and Sorcery. The Trundle will walk mid regardless what happens and keep AAing the minions. The bot will take heal and barrier and keep AAing the minions until he gets BF, then he will keep farming until he gets BT into Zeal.

Of course those people might be real players but there are players who have all bot games on the account with those above mentioned characteristics.

Not throwing hate or flaming but I personally find this very annoying and I don't think using 3rd party programs such as the bot software is allowed.

If anyone has seen those or any other type of bot in the CO-OP vs AI games, please post something and maybe Riot will notice this.

Thanks for reading and GLHF!

Riot has a system in place for bots, but that shouldnt discourage you to report them. Riot takes botting seriously, but because of how quickly they are at making programs to try and bypass the detection, what Riot does to combat that is to do these bans in waves. That way, whom ever is in charge of these botting programs wouldnt know what actually causes the detection to find their programs. Its sad that we have to deal with this, but its to be expected with a game as popular as this. There is no game (online) that is without some sort of botting program.

Hey! Riot already is well aware of the botting problem. However they don't really have the man force that would be necessary to find and ban all these accounts. The best you can do is report them and let them know why in the description. It is quite unfortunate, but the system they have for rooting these bots out are perfect. GLHF summoner.
