Leaverbuster is too lengthy

Alright, so I stopped playing league for a bit, came back a while ago. i had issues with my game, when at the loading screen the league of legends logo would pop up and go fullscreen but then it ran into some sort of error and crashed, no bugsplats.

Now for whatever reason i'm stuck waiting 20 minutes for idk how many games for a game that was a remake and wasnt even my fault. this is bullshit and overkill. I get it, you dont want people who just feed and go afk but this is different.

In order to get a 20 minute queue, you have to have triggered leaverbuster a numerous amount of times in a relatively short time span. If you're having computer problems and know it, you should look to fixing them first instead of playing roulette with whether you can get into a league game. Leaver buster starts at 5 minutes for any dodge, and then progresses upward from there as you continue to dodge games. One dodge/crashed game would not cause a 20 minute leaver buster.

Everybody thinks their situation is different. Everyone who gets a punishment thinks their punishment is overkill. Please fix your client issues BEFORE queuing up.

You don't get 20 mins leaver buster if this happened 2-3 times.

In fact, if it did happen 5 times in a row, you'd just get a 5 minute leaver buster.

For you to get 20 mins leaver buster (highest penalty) you must have used all your leaver buster graces for AFK / leaving games. You would have also kept doing it often enough that the penalty didn't decay since the 5 min leaver buster penalty.

If you weren't smart enough to fix the client / your connection after 5 crashes, I don't know what is wrong with you.

So stop lying and face the consequences.

They need get rid of it and start banning accounts for repeated violations and be done with those people who can't fix their systems or can't be responsible enough to stay out if they have a garbage ISP. Sorry but your stupid actions affect other people and until RIOT buys a clue about that and starts banning accounts for it, the honest and responsible player base will always pay for it. Typical in todays society that good people who do the right things get punished for the actions of the irresponsible and more leadership (RIOT) enables them by allowing the behavior to continue.
