Got Perma banned for using 3rd party software

Hello. A few days i got a random message that my account was perma banned for 3rd party software. I never used it and the only lol related program was lolreplay. It might have happened, when my account was stolen few weeks ago and i even wrote to riot support about it and luckily i recovered it back myself, the guy played few rankeds and didnt even have good scores so i didnt bother think about smth like this. The problem is that my friend had the same problem and it was fixed, but in my case they tell me that they can't go deeper into my account details and this ban is impossible lift. What makes me so exceptional? As i remember all they have to do is to check the IP of the one who played those matches using the software, also what bothers me is that i got no information at all, nor how they decided i'm at fault, nor what did they base it on. It's disappointing, because i have never even remember getting chat restriction or any other sort of ban. No warning, no explanation, just a random ban.. EUW Ign: Well i tried

You can try to submit a ticket to riot support, but once an account is banned it is very very rare for riot to reverse that decision. unless it was a problem on there side its most likely going to stay perm'd. sorry :(

Create another support ticket, mentioning you lost access to your account and you contacted them about it. Ask them if they can check if the dates when third party programs were used correspond to that time frame. That's your best shot.

They told you they can't release the details of your ban - they do this so people like you are unable to figure out how you were detected cheating to circumvent it in the future.

Trust me, if you got that response, then that person has independently gone through your account details and confirmed you used a disallowed program. If it was only during the time your account was compromised, there is a 98% chance they would lift the ban. Considering they have not lifted the ban, I can only assume you are not being honest.

You can just tell from the way the OP has written this that the story provided is complete bullshit.

Referring to "third party software" (an implied plural term) as "it", almost suggests he knows that he ran a singular piece of software on his computer.

As for the whole, "my account was stolen" excuse; there are legitimate instances of this happening, however I can pretty much guarantee that this didn't occur at all. If it had, Riot would have addressed the situation immediately by locking the account and likely not holding you responsibile for what was done during that time.

Also, as a side note, what's with people saying "rankeds"? That isn't even a word or grammatically correct at all, but I see this ALL THE TIME on the Boards.
