I was banned for scripts and hacks,which I didnt use.

Few days after logging into my account, I find out that I'm perma banned and the info about this in my email.Very suprised I checked my E-mail. It was stated:"Your account: was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client." I was really shocked beacause I never used any scripts or hacks to get advantage over other players. I told this to my friends. They supposed me to write a letter to Riot Games Player Support, I did that. I told Riot Kuzime,that I was using skin prieview to test out skin,because I dont have a PBE account to do it there. He replied me:**"Your account has been permanently suspended following the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends. Accounts that are caught using hacks to gain an unfair competitive advantage are subject to permanent suspension."** Am, I gaining an advantage while using the skins that I only use? Those players dont even see that I'm using it. I replied that its a mistake. I know that I'm not using any scripts,this is why i wrote another letter,for them to check it. I looked into my match history,maybe my account were stolen. It wasnt the case, I wrote about 2 Lux games in my placements where went: 13/0/13 and next game 15/0/11. It was nices games,but my opponents were much lower level of play,so I supposed maybe I get banned for this 2 perfect games,when i played fully focused in order to win. So Riot Support Yivanna replied me:"While we can’t reveal the specifics, we can say with confidence that we’re looking at the right data and maintain a strong commitment to accuracy.In my previous answers, you can find full context of our actions. Unfortunately, I exhausted the amount of information I could share in this case, therefore I’m closing this ticket." I'm clearly not sattisfied with this judgement. I know Im right. Can someone believe me ? I need help guys,i dont wanna quit this game after playing since 2012.
