I was just put into a game with a premade of four that where toxic and inting and swearing in chat after they did enough to get reported i muted them and asked for them to be reported in all chat to the enemy team but apparently they all 4 reported me for racism when I said nothing now I have an auto chat restriction because my whole team reported me for the same thing please contact me asap this is just ridiculous.
You cannot be restricted for 4 people reporting you if you did nothing wrong.
The game doesn't care about the number of reports (although a manual review might occur if someone gets hundreds of reports in a month). It only sees if there is one or more, and then checks the game logs.
Unsportsmanlike, I can see. Riot have come out and said, officially, that asking for other players to report players on your team is also fully reportable.

Nonono. Don't do that. Don't. A single report is enough to trigger a review. 6 won't do anything. If you want people banned, send in a report yourself. No need to warn them. Asking for a report can be considered harassment.

Post logs they gave you Riot will not chat restrict without showing you what they are punishing you for. If you do not post it means you are probably lying

here is the chat log from the game i got chat banned for so uh what exactly did i do besides telling my bot lane they where feeding. because they where literally inting if you check the whole chat log they even admit it and curse. this is the chat from the game I said was a 4 man premade so it was that game that got me caught? please do tell what is wrong here?
First: You don't get punished for false reports.
Second: If you want to talk to player behavior specialists, open a support ticket
Third: Remember, the forums have no power to undo any punishments. The most we can do is help you understand why you got punished. You have to open a support ticket to get anything fixed with your punishments.
Fourth: You claim that you were punished for racism, but you don't show us the actual text of the punishment notice. Riot does not really specify that you were racist in the reform cards, they just say that your speech fell below the standard of the community and you are being punished for it... which means you are guessing you were racist but not sure... or you are just making that up to get sympathy from the forums... or you've modified your chat log to exclude certain lines. This is also a reminder of the third point, trying to get our sympathy doesn't help you. Riot player behavior specialists are the only ones who can help you change a wrongfully issued punishment. If the punishment is rightfully issued, it won't get reversed.
Fifth: Asking for a player to be reported in and of itself is not toxic enough to get punished. However, if it's bundled with harassment, flames, etc... then your harassment and flames get viewed even more negatively because you asked others to report them. Reds have posted this MANY times. You just need to search through the red posts. Additionally, reports are not tallied by number. If there are reports, a game is reviewed regardless of how many reports, so ultimately asking other people to report is pointless and also self defeating.

You're arguing here and starting to flame them. This is the beginning of a downward spiral. You should have muted them here and just played the game, but instead, you continued to engage.
