Hello! 2 years ago I stopped playing league, 2 days ago I entered my account received pic related suspension. More text can be found here. Clearly my account was hacked and I didn't even know, that someone was playing it, and this person didn't care what to type in chat and just got my account suspended. I was very disappointed by this, wanted to play with my friend. After researches I found, that no account, that is blocked due negative behaviour, is ever unblocked, and that I take full responsibility for all actions made by my account. With further research I also found, that it could be possible to prove, that it's very unlikely for me to play during this time:

  1. This person spoke german when he couldn't find appropriate words in english. My native language is russian and I live in Russia, so I need to be bilingual person, that knows both russian and german, and also knows some english.
  2. This person was able to become platinum 5, and probably could progress more. I was bronze season 4 and my game skills didn't progress. So during 2 years I progressed from bronze to platinum without even playing on this account.
  3. Riot could probably have data with IP of a person who logged in. I live in a Russia and this person must live in a country with german native language.
  4. Riot also could have data about my chat in season 4, so it could be found that I have other typing style. Last two points may not be proved, if Riot doesn't have data anymore/didn't have it ever, but other points are fair enough to prove that it's unlikely for me to play on this account. Unless I'm an evil genius, that played like bronze in season 4, than created another acc to train and then returned to this account and used english/german for confusion, so I could be toxic and I could unblock my account after it was suspended. So should I write to supports, or they will just refer to "suspension rules" and don't even read anything? It would be very sad for me to lose this account, but I don't see any escape from this situation and will have to not play I guess.

From your story it seems that your account was likely compromised.

Immediately log in to the account on the forums/leagueoflegends.com and change your password AND the password of your associated email address.

Then, and only then, write to player support while logged out requesting help with a compromised account. If they can confirm you are the account owner and that you were not the one who performed the actions, there is a decent (but not 100%) chance they will issue you a one time pass and remove the suspension. While you are responsible for all actions on your account, and you are also responsible for reporting compromised accounts as soon as you're aware, as long as you do the second thing, Riot is generally forgiving the first time something like this happens.

Note you may have to continue pushing, even across multiple support tickets, to get a human response that isn't a canned answer. Don't give up. Even if they close a ticket, open a new one and keep fighting, as there's hardly any harm that can be done now.

To directly answer your question, Yes, you should contact support, but only after changing your passwords as above.

Best of luck to you, and please keep us updated as to if they're able to help.

The ban probably happened shortly after you stopped playing, but it only came up when you logged in again.

Claims he hasn´t played for 2 years. Match history is full of games in 2017.

Why you don´t start show us the whole chatlog.

On my thoughts your account has been hacked by someone.
