I inted and deserve a ban...
Sol basically the title, and I'm fine with a ban I need a fucking break from this game, but how long will I be banned for if it's my first time???

Just go to Riot Support and send a ticket. Riot is more than willing to close your account if you want it to be.
Hey man, sorry to hear you are having a hard time playing.
First, its good that you realized what you did, and that you may be tilted and need a break. That is hard for many people to do including myself. Somethings I suggest instead of going into "Riot please just ban me"
- Play a different game, maybe one that doesn't have a competitive mode for a bit.
- Chill and talk to friends
- Play norms or rotating game mode.
I think since you realized the problem and its your first time, you shouldn't be beating yourself up so much and look for a ban. A ban can look bad on your account, and the dire state lasts a very long time, which resulted in my current perma ban (2 months of reforming and trying hard)
But hey, good luck. and Im glad you can realize a mistake before going hard tilt like some people.

14-days for first offense of trolling.
if its your first time you will be banned for 14 days. but if you truly want to take a break why not... take a break?
its good when you realize you need to take a break from a game,but its bad when you don't have the self-control to simply take a break.
it doesn't say good things about your mentality when you need a ban to take a break.
You're not going to "take a break" you're going to go one day into your ban and make or buy another account
14 days. Why int though. Just play the game. And if you feel like destroying peoples enjoyment of the game, go into a less competetiv game. Maybe CS or something. I don't recommend inting in any game whatsoever, but if you feel the need to, go into a game where such small actions as dying once doesn't cost you the game.
