Account permanently banned after 2 years of inactivity

I've recently decided to reinstall LoL again after taking a break for well over a year now (last time I've played was around when Irven was released). When I logged in I was told that my account has been permanently suspended and that I should check my EMails for further details. Just that I didn't get any EMail.

I contacted the support, opened a ticket, explained my situation and was basically told: Too bad, your account is gone.

I've invested like 1000€ into my account, I've never been banned or anything even just once (like, not even a chat restriction or anything like that), I haven't played a single game for over 12 months and before that I didn't do any-forking-thing that's even just remotely ban-worthy. And either due to a mistake on Riots side or someone hacking my account it's all gone now.

Anyone have any idea/suggestion what to do now? Like, I really REALLY don't just wanna let that slide.

I've added in pictures of my support conversation - sadly it's in German, but it's pretty much 'hacks, scripts, something something can't tell, tough luck, deal with it'.

Yea if they think someone has taken over your account by any means, they shut it down in a heartbeat

Same exact thing happened to two of my old accounts: My s1-2 main and s4-5 main. The latter I finally got it back, but it was wiped to level 1 with NOTHING on it. Basically all I got was an oh well

Hallo Rayven Sie haben sich an das Kontosicherheitsteam wenden können, um zu sehen, ob sie Sie wegen eines Hacks verbannen können. Ich hatte dieses Problem selbst einmal und war sehr unkritisch, da der Login-Name als sensible Daten angesehen wird, aber der Schlüssel protokolliert wird oder in meinem Fall waren mein Login und mein Name identisch

Same thing happened to me now during preseason. I took a break before the end of last season, someone gained access to my E-mail and then the LoL account as well....

I only noticed it when I tried to log on to play with a friend of mine and it said it was permanently banned. I sent a ticket to inquire what it was all about and I was informed the account had been flagged for using 3rd party software and/or scripts.

I explained that it must have been hacked because i have and never will be using cheats, the reply was "it's your responsibility even if someone hacked your account". I told em to investigate because surely they would notice alot of suspicious activities, champions played, playstyle, maybe even in-game communication etc. but no I just got same reply that according to EULA they permanently ban such accounts.

I had also spent alot of money on that account and invested time and effort into unlocking stuff, it is so devastating and Im totally shocked that they wont even properly check it out or even give a second chance. I did explain I've secured the e-mail registered to the account with 2 steps security now so chances for it happening again is small / non existant.

Summoner name was changed and the account had been spamming udyr and also played zoe which is a brand new champ.
