Punishment resets
If someone gets restricted for afk or verbal or any kind of negative behaviour how can we know when the punishment resets?I mean if we reach lvl 5 honor it means it resets?

The reset of your punishment tier is not tied to honor. Based on the amount of time it takes to increase honor, however, it is a safe bet that around the time you reach Honor 2-3 (somewhere in that range) you will likely drop down a punishment tier (i.e. if you got a 14 day ban, but then get back to honor 3, it's likely your next punishment would not be a permanent ban).
Again, that's merely my estimate based on the timeframes involved for both actions (increasing honor and dropping punishment levels), and there is no hard tie between punishment and honor other than that punishment decreases your honor. It is possible to be honor level 0 and still have dropped a punishment tier, and it is possible to be honor level 5 and still not have dropped a punishment tier.
Level 2 honour is where fresh accounts start, so it's likely lvl 2 is the reset/neutral mark.
