Low priority que

So have been away for a while came back played a couple games, no afks, or leaves. Then started a draft pick and when the game when to load in after champ select i get an error and will not allow me to reconnect to game tried closing and reloading as administrator restarting. Then i it quits the game and let me back in and tells me i am in a low priority que and i wait the 10 mins, then another 10 mins and it never connects me to a game. How is this right? So i have tried to do some bot matches and still keep getting error. RIOT please respond
