Should we get a kick option in the select screen?

Being a silver scrub, and knowing the problem exist higher up too, I've been thinking. Most of the time, those that troll will not leave the select even if told by all the others want them to. Losing LP in ranked because of that is annyoing, so 4/5 times I end up leaving because of the threat.

Then I thought, some games feature a kick system. These systems could potentially be used in the select screen such that trolls can be punished BEFORE the game, instead of the other 4 having to wait 20 minutes to surrender, or longer because someone got too salty to stop them.

This is simply a discussion on wether or not it would work, and how it could potentially work.

What about normal games, though? In normals you can have a pre-made of 4 with one random. If that happens, the pre-made could decide to "kick" the random all because they're playing a champion the pre-made doesn't like, called a lane someone in the pre-made team wanted before they could, refusing to trade lanes in the case of draft, banned the champ someone in the pre-made team wanted to play.

I could see this maybe working in solo/duo-q but with the above issues being part of normals I could see people getting annoyed with this type of feature. And making it a ranked only feature could also cause problems.

I've wanted something like this for a while know, like a vote in champ select where if you get 3/5 or 4/5 yes' then the game would be canceled without people losing lp. It's extremely frustrating when you get into a ranked champ select and the first thing you see is someone losing their mind and starts threatening to throw the game unless they get what they want (even if they do get what they want they still lose to their laner horribly and then continues to blame the team for the rest of the game).
