Official riot pov

So, I was wondering if Riot had an actual offical publication on their policies, specifically what is zero tolerance, the minimum punishment and what falls under this. I have heard racisem, bigotery in general, scripting, telling someone to kill themselves are there, but have only been told this, not seen it.
