I want to know if anyone is still getting banned while the tribunal is down? I have to legitimately report over 15 players on a daily basis due to never arriving in game or verbal harrassment. I never receive a notice that someone is punished so I'm just wondering what the deal is. I

After game reports are good, but adding in the extra details is what really makes the system work well.
it's like trying to describe an elephant to a blind person...you might know what you're looking at, but the blind guy could probably use a little more information to get a clearer picture.
Tract1 votes^this Usually if people are bad, report them, but a special case, especially if it's clear nobody else will reported them, needs to be ticketed. Pretty much just extreme cases, I have never felt the need to personally(thankfully)

Got it thanks I'll start using support tickets as well. Should I be taking screenshots for abusive language? I kinda assumed riot would have some kind of bot that alerts and flags the language used when reported.

There is no reason to screen shot anything chat related in game, they absolutely have logs of everything said.
