I want to know if anyone is still getting banned while the tribunal is down? I have to legitimately report over 15 players on a daily basis due to never arriving in game or verbal harrassment. I never receive a notice that someone is punished so I'm just wondering what the deal is. I

The reports do get looked at, but I suggest utilizing support tickets as well if you really believe action should be taken.
After game reports are good, but adding in the extra details is what really makes the system work well.
it's like trying to describe an elephant to a blind person...you might know what you're looking at, but the blind guy could probably use a little more information to get a clearer picture.
You only get the notification if the report you made was the one that resulted in their punishment.
