I was Permanently banned

I was recently banned for 3rd party malicious software use I have never in the 3 years of playing league of legends used anything close to this (except curse voice when it first came out) in contacting riot games through support I received little to no help and was treated, frankly, disrespectfully all they're telling me is that their system detected I did something, but they wont tell me what or when I refuse to believe that this detection system has a 0% false positive rate. It is also in my mind very possible that either the league client or another unrelated program on my computer glitched out in some way to create this result.

I am willing to give any information required to have the matter settled including giving riot employees access to computer files etc I'm very desperate at this point and this seemed like the only place left to go seeing as you cant contact riot directly outside of a support ticket

I'm hoping that this post will be seen by a riot employee other than the one I dealt with so that this matter can be reconsidered.
