So I just played a match as lee sin jungle and 2 minutes into the game my bard dies top lane to darius. No words spoken in chat. he tps back in dies and then nothing is said again. He does this about 4 times and then disconnects along with another one of my teammates. I then hold top lane as I should and the enemy darius keeps fighting me under tower spamming laugh and just being insanely bm. I then tell him "Calm down dyrus. you got fed. You are not good." He then proceeds to flame me along with my own yi for no reason all game. Then he gets I don't know how many people in the game to report me and I get an immediate 14 day suspension. Is it at all possible to appeal this because I was literally told that I was going to go to jail and get raped by my yi and the dyrus told me to uninstall the game and told me I must have a really sad life. And I am the one at fault. Amazing can I get the whole games chat logs possibly because this is just a mockery in my eyes of how the tribunal works.

I saw this: "You are not good", and stopped reading. You might as well have said: "You suck." Punishment deserved. Even if he said something report worthy before or afterwords, it doesn't give you permission to be a jerk. Next time say nothing if you have nothing nice to say.

It's really hard to believe you when everyone who gets punished always uses that excuse. Then when we actually see chatlog it's shows a different side to the story. Not saying that is this case, but it's hard when everyone uses that excuse and when we do get actual evidence it's shows that it wasn't the only thing you said in chat, or other games where you are toxic.

Just would be wise to show us that or else we just can't believe you. You should have gotten an email or possibly when you try to log in when it tells you that you were ban it should have shown why you were ban with chatlogs.

Now there are rare cases where no other punishment was given (since before you receive a 14 day ban you should get chat restrictions) it's mainly because you were really toxic. Also it doesn't matter who started it. You should have been the bigger person and stop it right then and there. But you decided to put childish actions first and be toxic. The whole "he started it first" should never be a reason why you are toxic. That stops being an excuse when kids hit elementary school, why anyone think it works in the real world or in this game is just silly.

Doesn't matter if you were toxic first. Only matters if you were toxic at all.

neither of which were me being toxic first

Irrelevant.

That someone else broke the law does not give you a free pass to violate it as well.

"being toxic first"

News flash: It doesn't matter. You're consistently toxic, you get in trouble. Take my advice, and just let it go from now on. Cause the next suspension is the permanent one.

We really need to see your chat logs for this. Even people will still say "muted & reported", but nope, they continued 20+ chat lines instead.

Retaliaton is never an option, plus what you said means nothing without logs alongside it.

I want to help you out. Because I entirely believe you. Because its a real problem with the current day Riot Games. I'm going to say atleast 90% of the people who posted on this post is a forum troll. Meaning if you look on every post from the last 2 months you are bound to find the same toxic guardians of the universe as in here. There are obviously trying to rid the toxicity problem but they don't understand that being toxic on the forums and then not getting restricted in game is some sort of justification for their behavior, claiming that only people who are "REALLY" toxic to be punished. They will never believe you for the simple reason for "Ignorance". They do not know, however they will blindly throw judgement around and discriminate against you for their idea of "Toxicity". It is unfortunately the most animalistic behavior of us humans that act without thought. Keep in mind, this will be downvoted not because it's wrong, but because it disagrees with the majority, so do not let downvotes inhabit your thinking. All I can say is that you are part of the minority fighting against riots abuse and playerbase. There is no way to remove the restriction as they have said previously and contacting them will do nothing but get excuses to why you were banned, using previous games as ammunition. There is nothing you can do so stay positive and Good Luck.

Lol this game is a joke if u seriously got reported on what you said. I hear people say I suck at other games and they never get banned lol. For bad language no one should get reported . No matter how toxic it is. Grow up and move on. What I usually do is mute and say nothing. I like to have fun , even when losing. Yea I know losing isn't fun but you can get the point I'm trying to make. Btw op you shouldn't say anything . Until you killed darius then you talk all the shiz u want to say. I do that all the time. Trash talking is the best part of any game. Sad league limits that.

This snippet from the Tribunal FAQ should help answer your question:

That player in my game was far worse than me. Why am I banned??? I'll keep this one simple: those other players in your game that you thought were worse are probably also banned. Nearly 100% of the time, those players were banned even before you were. If someone is being toxic, just report them and move on.

We strongly believe that it is not OK to retaliate. If a player refuses to cooperate and says something negative, then players should ignore the player and report them after the game. Players can ignore or mute players by pressing the “Mute” button on the Scoreboard [when you hit TAB] in the game.

If a player retaliates and says something bad back, then the two of you have made a negative experience for potentially the other 8 players in the game. Rarely do teams start working together better when players begin fighting back—great games only happen when players cooperate and don’t make the issues even worse by fighting back and forth.
