I don't really care that he is unbanned. riot why let one out of millions of players that spend money on your game be unbanned ??? because you want more publicity ?? i Dont get it! ive had an account permo banned ages ago with over $700 spent on the game. I was younger and didnt have much of a grip on my emotions
You has an account banned, you can always create another one... Tyler1 did not get any of his accounts back, the dude had an ID-ban which means any new account he was spotted playing on was permaban, he wasn't able to create new accounts anymore.
ID bans are different—and more serious—than normal account permabans. An ID ban is a rare, drastic step we take against players who've consistently chosen not to play to win or to abide by our terms of service. When we determine a player should receive an ID ban, it's effectively a statement that we don't want that particular person to create, access, or use any account on a Riot platform or game for the duration of the ban.
There are so many threads about that subject, nobody has even took 20 seconds to just understand what happened, it takes 10seconds to make a google search, please try it...

His accounts are ALL still permabanned. He has to start fresh just like anyone else getting off a ban. He got off an ID ban which basically meant he was banned on sight if he was found playing League. He's allowed to play League again after certain agreements with Rioters with strict conditions.
Just to note; his ID is not banned on sight anymore. ALL of his previous accounts are STILL banned.
