my account was banned?

My league account was banned and i honestly do not know why, when i try to log in all it says is "PLAYER BANNED- this account has been permanently suspended please check the associated email address for more information" But i have not received an email from riot regarding this ban + i haven't been 14 day banned before or chat restricted on this account. can anyone help please.

Contact support. It may have been a protective suspension.

Contact Riot Support here: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us A Rioter probably manually banned you as toxic behavior is usually punished and shows on the in-game reform card.

Permanent suspension is generally applied for account security issues. contact riot support at the bottom of the page to get it straightened out

It sounds more like a security lock for your protection. If they thought there was any potential account compromise, they lock the account for your sake. All you have to do is send in a ticket, and one of the Specialists will reply with instructions. They ask some questions to prove that you are the owner of the account, and then unlock it for you. If it does turn out to be a security lock, be sure to change your password as soon as you get the account back, and you might want to change your email password as well.

"on this account" if you had 1 on a different account and they figure out its you. they dont need the progressive punishment they will ban it on the spot
