Riot, will it be a good idea to block playing with certain people

Just something to think about. Can we as players decide not to play with certain people?

If we find a troll, afker or feeder, can we have a post-game option to "Not play with this player again"

And we will not be matched with that player again. With enough reports against that player, their queue time will keep increasing and discourage them from playing at all.

Potential issues with this idea: Deliberately using this feature on every player every game and slowing down queue timing(or would it only affect the troll)

Any thoughts? is this a good idea? no? what can be added to make this more effective and less abused?

It's actually SUPER exploitable in higher MMRs, especially in ranked. The player pool is so small there that it's pretty easy to custom pick your team if a feature like this existed -- we saw it in Overwatch, where the #1 Widowmaker in the world was waiting upwards of an hour for his matches because everyone was so afraid of him that they'd put him on their "do not play" list.

In lower MMRs this is a rare enough occurrence that I'm not sure you'd need a system for it. The benefit would be, at most, maybe 1-2 games out of every several hundred or several thousand.

Overwatch tried it and removed it quickly. People were abusing it.
