I got banned for no reason???

Hello! I ve ben recently banned from leauge. What realy upseted me (almost died). It said i need to check my email for more informations. I didn't recived anything. So i send ticket to riot support and noobody answered me yet. I think that ban was accident. And i hope u get unbaned; couse i cant live without leauge.
